As long as you know where you put the bet on then go into the betting shop and explain you lost the slip, the handwriting will be the same so you should get your money.

So. Go to the bookies and write out a duplicate like most normal people do when they lose their betting slip.

i dunno exactly when it was, it was definitely when i never had no own car and was drivin to the bookies in my dads land rover so anytime before march the 12th i remember seeing adverts on the screen for cheltenham horse racing

i never expected him to win after that f***ing disgraceful attempt to wipe his team mate out despite being a fan of him

All's not lost!

Go back to the same betting shop branch you placed your bet in, explain to the shop staff that you've lost your slip, giving them as much details of your bet (date if you can remember it, the price you got for it, etc). You'll have to fill out a specialist form and write out how you'd have written the bet when you placed it, so they can match your handwriting to what they have on their records. You may also be asked to provide a proof of ID in some circumstances too.

As long as the shop team can find this bet in their records and your details correspond, then there's a good chance you should be able to collect!

Cant help regarding the lost slip, but last week the formula one left me gutted. Most weeks (last couple of months) i'd been putting a quid on Hulkenberg to be fastest qualifier each way, but got fed up with not winning a penny, and stopped doing it last weekend.
What happens? He gets pole, at 250-1.
