Might be useful if people said where they sat as we seem to have very different markings. I sit in WSU D Kayal had an excellent game contributing for the 90+ minutes. Murphy did two things, header off the line and a good pass across the box but other than that nothing. Dunk had a very good game (tho was lucky to get away with a mistake) and was the best defender AND is prepared to take the ball forward.

Do you ever give up? It is so boring going on and on about the same thing. Maybe we should have bought all the left backs in the world in order to guarantee cover in that position.

I think you lack basic understanding of budgeting. The club have limited amount of money to spend. There was an attempt to sign a left back from the sound of it but nobody was available at the time. We bought in Van La Parra, clearly he was an extra wing option so Rosenior could play at left back only. This is a player who played left back in an FA Cup Final for Hull little over a year before. We were unlucky he got injured immediately after the window closed.

How can you say it's a mistake when you have no idea how hard they looked for a left back, how much effort we made to sign one and who was available?

Absolutely this, and would add that CH almost certainly wouldn't bring in one that would upset the team ethic.

Stockdale - 6 - Distribution was poor but did everything else well.
Bruno - 7 - Class as per.
Goldson - 7.5 - Really starting to like this kid. Forget at the age of 23 he's stepped up two leagues and looks very comfortable.
Dunk - 7.5 - As others have said - back to his best. Just needs to stop having that one lapse of concentration every game and he'll be PL quality.
Ridgewell - 6 - Targeted for the whole of the first half. Their right back had acres of space every time. Will give him a few a couple more game before passing judgement mind you.
Knockeart - 9 - Different class.
Stephens - 7 - Gets some stick from a few people on here but IMO he's just as pivotal as Kayal.
Kayal - 7 - Solid.
Murphy - 6.5 - Looks short of confidence.
Zamora - 9 - <3
Hemed - 6 - He's got what it takes to be a quality striker but for some reason or another it just isn't working for him.

Yeah I'd go with these.
