First Hamburg derby win for St Pauli in 33 years. Bit of a big deal for our brown-shirted friends, apparently.

How many away fans were allowed in the Imtech, its a great stadium and holds about 60,000, must have been a great atmosphere. Wonder if St Pauli's commentators said 'Kevin Keegan' your boys took one hell of a beating.

Be good if we could get our away support looking like this..

You do get some cracking atmospheres at European games. I've been to quite a few now, ranging from the incredible (St. Pauli), to awful (FC Flora Tallinn). Estonian football is nothing to write home about!

St Pauli were restricted to just 6,000 tickets which were sold on a phone in to avoid ticket office problems. Many boycotted the game to watch in the city's parks (where it was being shown live) to avoid having to give the enemy gate money, but it was sold out anyway...
