How OFTEN do your wash your HAIR ?

Every day, often twice if i'm at the gym.

So at least 11 times a week if not more.

3 or so times a week always after exercise. Everyday is bad for hair natural greases and all that

Stick my head under the water when having a bath , occasionally use a dab of H&S , or if in the shower a dab of shower gel. When my hair gets to no4 length its normally trimmed back to a no1.

Aye, I have highlights and conditioner is a must otherwise it feels like dry straw on top of me head.

i wash my hair max twice a week in moroccan clay, then diluted apple cider vinegar. haven't used shampoo for over 2 years but do occasionally use conditioner.
