Its a buyers market so not a hope in hell of getting anywhere near those figures for most of that lot, if we were actually trying to offload them, with exception of Bennett and possibly Elphick and El Abd. Most of the squad are only league 1 players at best, so who in our division would pay those kind of prices? Think you could actually get a decent fee for Murray as he is a proven goalscorer, even if he is not everyone's cup of tea.

This is probably the right answer...but their value to the club would probably be far higher if they can get the team promoted next season, surely the increase in revenue from higher Championship gates would outweigh the value of the current squad, particularly considering the Falmer effect.

That one who is currently on loan in league two after miserably failing here? Are you lot mental or on a wind up?

Davies miss rate was no worse than Murray's recent miss rate, and the boy will surely come good. IMHO, like. Hence my £80K rating.

Being better than Holroyd does not make him worth £80k though. Strikers are worth money if they either have potential or a proven ability to score goals. Davies has neither. He'll leave this summer, and I will eat my cock if it's not for FREE.

80K is not a lot for a striker. We paid 60K for Holroyd. There's no comparison between the two. With a bit of coaching on how to calm down in front of goal, Davies will score a respectable number of goals. IMHO etc.

Equally, with a bit of coaching on how to move in to positions that the 4-5-1 will suit, Holroyd will score a respectable number of goals. again, IMO.

(I know your point isn't about Holroyd, just putting a bit of percpective in)

Bennett is easily our most valuable asset in my opinion, anything less than 500k i would be gutted with
