Must say, I'm a little surprised as the responses on here. I thought the would be a lot higher level of people getting macho and bigging up about getting tanked up every night. Clearly your typical NSC user is a little more refined than that.

I think it simply reflects the demographics of NSC.

There are a lot of people on NSC in their late 30s and early 40s, and when you've got kids, the idea of a needless hangover loses its appeal.

Oh and by the way, NottsSeagulls "sad indictment of today's Britain" comment is laughable. As if Brits haven't been getting hammered for the past 150 years. It will need a big cultural shift to change that.

Probably true, but whilst I thought there were many of us in that category (the age thing, not the kids), I thought the mid-20s group was probably pretty well represented too - maybe they're too p*ss*d to post.
