For me we were in 2nd gear last night with 3rd gear used occasionally... (I'm talking out of 5 standard gears) and we won comfotably...

Against Pool I'd say the same but maybe more usage of 3rd gear and then back into 2nd for the last half hour...

as someone who hardly ever gets to watch the lads i find that statement very encouraging coming from someone who obviously gets to see them quite a bit....

I honestly think if we needed 10 goals against Hartlepool or Plymouth to go up or somethnig we'd have come very close the last two games - keeping the tempo high etc.

Also we absolutely knacker teams out with our passing - it's unreal how hard teams have to work when we have the ball mate - I hope you getto see us soon - it's the best I've known in the last 10 years at Withers.

I actually feel quite sorry for some of the opposition forwards because they are having to continually chase shadows when we have the ball. Even El Abd has lost the old hoof mentality-last night he actually stopped, put his foot on the ball, looked around for the safest pass and made it. I can honestly say I never thought that would be possible. When you see that happening you know there's lots more in reserve should we need it.
