Club used to own houses in Honeycroft ( Peter Ward) and Hangleton Road (Dean Saunders and possibly Barker) though these were from Bamber era. I doubt they retained ownership after the dark days on the mid-late 1990's

My neighbour insists that a man in a football kit (training kit maybe) viewed some houses to rent in our road some weeks ago . Though he also maintains Britney Spears or a doppleganger viewed No 38 in 2006.

Seen Barnes driving from Saltdean to Rottingdean, Gary Hart was in Saltdean playground with his kids, and my sisters old house in withdean was 5doors away from Mark McGhee. Her coffee machine got fix and delivered but the delivery guy mixed up her machine and the McGhee's but eventually all sorted.
