How long do you usually sleep for?

I can get by on 6 if I have to or even as little as three if I have to be up for work after a night out.

However that needs to be followed by 9 hours for the next three nights.

I usually look for the 'Flat Eight', but anything higher than 6 is fine.

Usually about 8 hours. Beda t 11-12 at night wake up at 7-8 in the morning. Except on Sundays that is

Most nights 7-8 hours but occasionally as little as 5 or 6, and seem to be sleeping really badly at weekends at the moment which is odd.

How anyone can regularly survive on 5 hours sleep is beyond me.

If I have toothache, which I have had a lot of over the last few weeks, then I get about 5 hours a night during the week & make up for it at the weekend. I would like 8 hours a night, but I will have to wait for everyone to leave home before I get that!
