Disagree with this totally. He seems very good at building a squad. The players he acquired for us are either still very much part of the team or have gone on to teams higher up the league, or were sold for money (or both)...

I would'nt say he built a good squad here, Yes he brought in some good midfielders in the shape of Bennett, Dicker, Navarro, Crofts & Smith but there was some duffers as well in the shape of Thornhill, Davies and Mark Wright. When it come to finding a keeper, defenders and striker the players he brought in ranged from average to downright poor.
