Ronaldinho is the best player in the last 20 years, probably since Maradona in the 86 WC.

out to be provocative - but very wrong.

Not at all it depends on the era and the footbal style.

I think he is a good player and possibly the best at present but there were others as well.

His goal was class admittedly, however he plays far to many namby pamby flicks and backheals for me, he's not a real footballer in the English sence of the word.

I think Ronaldo would have been better had he not had all the injuries. When you consider how good Ronaldo was in his early twenties, its frightening to think how good he could have been.

Ronaldinho is currently the best player in the world, but I dont think he will be as good as Maradona was for example.

He applied the skills in a useful wau though, yes they were for entertainment, but he did them in the right areas and they were useful.

Why is it some English people would rather see someone like Nicky Butt run his bollocks off than admire genuine skill.

As I am only 19 years old, I would say he is actually my all time number 1. I have never enjoyed watching a player anywhere near as much as I do him. People will say Zidane, but I have never been a fan of him really. Ronaldinho all the way:clap2:

How can you not be a fan of Zidane?

Do you remember him at Juve? He's incredible.

I dunno how you can make that assertion - how many Puskas games have you seen? Apparently he was a bit of a chunky monkey. Players have got a lot fitter over the last 50 years and in all likelihood Ronaldinho would make a monkey out of him.

A number of older pundits reckon Duncan Edwards was the best footballer England has ever produced, but I never saw him play.

Fine, some of my heroes are typically unsung players.

But lets admire players with amazing skill.
