Know through trouser tightness that I've piled it on due to working like a mentalist and having no time at all for gym and exercise and using drink as a release at the end of every day.
I could do with shedding a stone or so. I'm not huge, but gone to a 36 waist when I used to be 34 for ages. Maybe I'll set up the exercise bike in front of my monitor.
Why do fattys always have inny bellybuttons, and skinnys have outies ? You'd have thought it'd be the other way round.
