I'm doing the 100 metres, but I'm doing 10 metres a day. Todays 10 metres I did in 3.1 seconds (from a standing start). Slightly slower than Thursdays (2.9) but a bit quicker than Wednesdays (3.3). I'd just had a chips n curry sauce on Weds and was feeling a little queezys, so I'm trying to do them before lunchtime now.

That's the fella - he holds teh world record for slowest time.....

BTW - I used to be able to run 100m in 10.5sec now it would probably take me a week and a new heart!:glare:

I was once 100m away from the pub when I heard the last orders bell...needless to say the bell was still ringing when I got there so it must've been under 6 seconds :p

I'd beat you easily if you were swimming and I was running.

Do some training with an antelope. That should spur you on a bit.

Long jump might be a good one, World Record around 9 metres so you would only have to jump 5 metres ish....

ok, so five metres isn't that far to walk, but to jump? in one go? in the office car park?

i think i'll take my chances with the 100 metres.

anyway, going home to fill myself with nandrolone. will post my results on monday, if anyone wants a laugh.
