How far are the front row of seats going to be from the pitch?

Just wondering as it looks like a bit of a gap (obviously it's like The Dell compared to Withdean). Could probably have squeezed in another couple of thousand seats by moving the front row closer.

They've probably got their reasons though.

Good question. How many rows back would you have to be to be the equivalent distance from the pitch as the front row of the South Stand at Withdean?
