I also read somewhere that Qatar not only have to build 12 stadiums for 2022, but they also have to invent a system to keep the stadiums air conditioned for the matches, but still allow 'athletes' to perform at 100%. But their in luck - some of the FIFA exec's will be employed as 'consultants' to oversee the projects!!
