You lot would need to stay in thew Championship for a few years like Wigan have wth their new stadium. Form a base to get promoted and then who knows. You could be like us ;)

It's only Wigans second season at this level.. :dunce:

So we could be challenging for a place in the Premiership next season?

Are we talking about the 35k regularly at Portman Road a few seasons back or the 30k at Leicester here?

Can't understand why anyone would knock Charlton, an established Premiership side, albeit a less glam one, with crowds in excess of 25k, stadium expansion to 40k mentioned......

With a capacity of 22500????

Same as Palace.
Up and Down like a yoyo.
You may get 15.000 + crowds in Championship.
And average 19.000 in prem if you make it.
But seriuosly you need 3 years in this league 1st.
What the hell are you on ???
19k in the prem ha ha your having a laugh it will be a sell out every game with ease.Don't underestimate the potential here, but we need an ambitious chairman first.:p

The point i`m getting at is if your only an average prem side you will struggle to get sell outs week in week out with the prices of todays games would you spend £30.00 on yourself and £20.00 for your son or daughter week in week out as not everyone can afford a season ticket.
Palace will struggle to get a sell out each game if we continue this baron run.

All this fantasising is great isn't it?
Meanwhile back on planet earth, the average fan in the street is being asked to send in a donation to keep the club afloat :thud:

<cough> Huddersfield <cough>

They got a decent ground and.........:jester:

And wasted all their money on ridiculous wages on 4 year contracts promised before the ITV digital deal went wrong.

Fat Andy Booth was on 8k (in the 3rd division) a week until last May.
