Heritage Chants

I was recalling some chants from the Goldstone days, one of my favourites (yes I know it's childish but it still makes me laugh) was:

Tip toe, through the North Stand,
Through the North Stand,
Get your head kicked in but tiptoe throught the North Stand with me.

Not sure it would be acceptable at the Amex though.

Couple of my favourites were

"You're gonna get your fcukin heads kicked in!"
or the equally enchanting
"See you at the station!"

Definitely "with your boots on".

Somewhere there is a recording of the Bracknell posse (and others) singing this - background music for the first production of Brighton 'til I Die.

Does anyone have a copy? Mr Albion? Southy?

I liked an old one I first heard from the Holte End at Villa to the tune of Tom Hark

You like to sing, we don't know why
'cause after the match, you're gonna die

I'm sure it was "with your boots on"

Thanks for that, failing memories all round it seems.

One of my favourites from the opposition was away to Woking in the cup about twenty years ago. There had been some pretty threatening "ambulance" and "big boots" chants from both sides and after a short lull, the Woking fans started singing:

"You've got more hats than us, Brighton, Brighton"

Priceless.

"Here's here, he's there, he's every ****ing where, [FILL IN NAME AS APPLICABLE - 3 SYLLABLES WORK BEST. AND REPEAT]

"He's only a poor little Palace, his feathers are tattered and torn etc"
