Are you being mentally, physically or sexually abused? It might make a difference to what the suggestions will be;
Mentally abused by a man = twat him
Mentally abused by a woman = grow a pair
Physically abused by a man = twat him
Physically abused by a woman = grow a pair
Sexually abused by a man = twat him
Sexually abused by a woman = enjoy

I might be able to help you ... my ex husband was abusive and I left hem last year just before this picture was taken.
