It depends on the individuals metabolism,to be sure there are places you can go other than to jail to get yourself tested b4 hand

If it's a urine test then a couple of weeks, but most companys won't be looking for THC in your system, unless your going for a job in say police or fire service. Hope this helps mate?!?
