Hi All,

Any IT specialists out there. I have bought a new pc over the weekend and now on broadband. One slight problem is that I have an email account with Wanadoo. Everytime I want to send a reply I get a white blank page saying done.

Do I need to adjust any settings on my pc ?
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

From memory, when I switched to Broadband, there was a booklet that came with the modem that explained everything.

At the very least, I would imagine the connection setting for the account needs to be pointed at the Broadband connection rather than your old dial up.
