Hawkins Sending off

The problem with Hawkins red is that the shirt pull is off screen on the TV so you cannot judge. From where I was sitting in D block it was clearly a sending off offence. It was a stupid thing to do as you will nine times out of ten get sent of and you give away a penalty so instead of being 2-3 and 10 against 11, it was still 2-3 but 9 against 11.

Clear shirt tug and definite last man, he deserved to go. The quicker we get rid of the useless donkey the better.

The referee was correct in awarding the pen and sending The Hawk off. Difficult to see what happened but if you slo mo the incident you can clearly see him attempting to be a shirtlifter.
