Has yesterdays match ignited hostility between us fans?

It feels like it. Reading are localish but they will never be as much of a derby as Southampton and Crystal Palace.

Thoughts?

Down with Royals.

Should be mopre so because we have been playing them in the same divisions for many years from the Elm Park days.

Their guest yesterday was Trevor Senior what happened to his team mate Robin Friday.

Totally agree with you you could tell the rivalry with the players and fans. Nothing really could compare

Lived in reading for a year so always been a personal rivalry for me. Love to see us get points off them and after we beat them 3-1 at WIthdean in div 2, went for a few drinks out in Reading n my stripes. Marvelous! Always gonna be a bit of rivalry between southern (just) teams when they play each other and it's all good!

Reading are the best team in the Championship.
Somehow I just don't respect them as much as palace.
same, as much as i hate palace, i do have respect for them, maybe because they are a similar size club to us, and they have done very well with what they have(3 seasons in the prem), i do still hate them though

i can't really muster up that kind of emotion for reading, i really hope they don't go up, just cos the south today and meridian sports team will have a total wank fest over it
