There will be NAME managers queueing up ten deep to take his job, so he'd best not be too PRECIOUS about signing - especially on the back of performances like today's .

All that DK said was that Wilkins had been offered a long-term contract and it wasn't for two years.

What is 'long term' in football terms 2, 3, years that was what he was asking and DK was against answering. One would suggest that in our financial position it would suggest that the contract is for 2 or 3 years certainly no longer. I would speculate on a 12 month rolling contract.
