Lucozade sport always works for me, its suggary and its designed to re-hydrate after sport and has the same effect after drinking, also lots of water and lying in your bed saying your never going to drink again usually does the trick for me!

or you could just

I find either a fry up of bacon sarnie with loads of ketchup.

Drinking coke also does the trick. The sugar gives energy and caffine a bit of a pick me up.
