HFW does air cured hams as well doesn't he by hanging a ham in a wooden box with mesh sides from a tree.

Tempted to get a pig but might start with sheep first.

It's the national sport of Kyrgystan. Allegedly...

Plus I've heard there are places in Amsterdam where a pig will let you massage her for a small fee.
