I was drinking with some egg-chasers on night and they had pints of Guinness into which they poured a shot of Tia Maria. Because it's heavy, the TM sinks to the bottom so you only get it from about halfway down. It's rather nice.

To those who say it tastes the same both sides of the Irish sea,i can't see how it can (and i have drank it both sides) surely the water quality has a major bearing ?
