In fairness, Les Bien referred to "Chichester" - meaning WSCC. I'm sure seagully knew he meant ESCC when he said "Lewes".

The ESCC office is, after all, based in Lewes.

That is what I meant. I would be very surprised if Lewes District Council dealt with my loan! Especially as I live in Battle
