Cloughy - no doubt. Derby and Forest to League Championships and Forest to two European Cups. Apart from the myriad achievements as a manager (not forgetting a brilliant career as a player cut short), the man was (mainly) entertaining as well. And the coup de grace, taking a player off and playing with 10 men when Forest were beating the Palarse. Absolute class.
