If your after a crackin pub try the Congress in Longton ST3 1JH.Runner up for local camra pub of the year 2010 and 2009. about 3 miles to the ground you can park the car there and get a taxi to the ground for about £3 each way just ask for a taxi number and plenty of taxis outside the Harvester pub next to the ground to get you back. Better to do this than pay over a fiver to park and sit on the carpark for an hour after.
8 real ales on and ciders direct from the from the cellar. Away colours allowed ,A few stoke fans go to the match from there, but never any trouble like you can get if you go into the city center. Guaranteed to be made welcome.
Prices from £1.80 mild - £2 joules bitter - £2.40 ever changing beers and stouts

trust me Shaun and Samantha run a proper pub. bin told a few fans have already phoned to check if they are welcome. worth giving a phone call as Sam does some good grub if you ask in advance

What's the actual address of the pub?

(OK, I could look it up but gives the chance to bounce this thread!)
