I have always had full support for our Glenn and I'm delighted he's coming into form. What was evident in the Northampton interview and the Southend interview earlier in the season is that he seems a lot happier now. I get the impression he wasn't too interested under Wilkins, but I think Micky has maybe taken him to one side and given him a pat on the back and ultimately made him happy to be here. Lets hope he stays for many a year.
