If we can keep the defence settled, by buying Painter and extending Calderons contract and getting Lua Lua on a season long deal then I think we have a very good chance of being right up there.

It'll be a good bet right up until Poyet goes to Middlesbrough in November ["It was a very difficult decision, the fans have been fantastic to me, ..."]
This is why I won't be diving in just yet. We need to see what the team will be for next season. But on the face of it we're looking like a really solid outfit with more than a bit of talent throughout the team.
