Not sure it works that way, I know a tiny guy who's always had the capacity to drink an obscene number of pints socially, never once seen him overly affected by it, never had a hangover either.
Yeah I know a couple of people who must have frankly incredible livers and kidneys, never seems to make any difference and fine the next day
