It was never designed for T20, just limited overs cricket. Takes no account for the slogging factor.
If we had had 20 overs we would probably posted over 200 again.
Very rarely will a team bating second score at over 10 an over, too much scoreboard pressure

What a farce. Sussex totally outplay Surrey and lose because it rains. D/L is rubbish and should not apply for less than ten overs . However, knowing the weather was dodgy why did Sussex bat first?
