French football fans go on strike

I was emailed this by someone French.

"All the supporters of French Ligue 1 (Premier League) and French Ligue 2
(First Division) will go on strike this weekend.
The aim of this stike is to show to the League that the popular
football is in danger because the foot-business: supporters not
considered (games post-poned,increasing prices) and abusive security
policy of the clubs.
During 20 minuts, after the beginning of the game, all the fans will
make a complete silence. No scarves, no songs.
During this strike, the same message will be shown: "Union of the
supporters for a popular football".
After 20 minuts, a new message will be shown: "With or without the
passion, appreciate the difference."
