Does require the question of when does a slip become a gully? By the time you have 5 slips, isn't 6th slip a gully? Or does there have to be a reasonable gap? I've never quite known the answer...

does it actually go 1st slip......5th slip, 6th slip, gully, 2nd gully, square gully...

It does look like England are fielding with 5 slips with a slightly larger gap to Ali at gully...right!?
