Albion need to take the game by the scruff of the neck in the 1st minute, not the 30th.

That's the issue. Too f***ing slow to start, and it is never easy to get a result if you are a goal down with only two thirds of the game still to play..

I kind of agree with you Simster, the home crowd can be the key - give them something to cheer and sing about so the atmosphere is buzzing and I am sure it would help.
Our start is generally to slow and predictable and within ten minutes its quiet all around the ground!!!
