I pay alot of money for my season ticket and believe the board need to stop sitting around drinking Champagne and eating caviar sandwiches and sort out this big problem that is affecting the fans.

The board would delegate this sort of issue to people that run the club on a day to day basis. ie catering issues etc. Your best chance is to contact the general manager (not mcghee), or ring the offices and find out who would deal with this issue. This is obviously a burning issue to you. Of course I could be just sprouting rubbish.
