Yep - can’t get it to work / show me plan / assign owners when I did manage to get it to half work. So annoying.

Yes, I can’t buy a guest ticket. Just tells me that I have an incorrect number of tickets against the guest’s name (I have one ticket against their name and one against mine).

I had an issue with Safari this morning, eventually purchased mine using Chrome. It was really annoying. I too could not see the seating plan and even buying best available wouldn't work.

Could view the plan on Safari on my phone. Used Edge on my work PC to get the plan up. Assigned one ticket to me and one to a guest - it said it was too many tickets against my guest’s name.

Ended up calling the club
Nice young lady in the ticket office sorted mine out promptly
The old fashioned way
Apparently lots of issues with the online ticketing system this past week

I could not get it to work on the mobile, logged on via computer at work, straight in and done.
One extra ticket for the wife sat miles away from me and the sprog, down near the Forest lot....

Finally bought one for my daughter
Who they insist is 68 ! So wouldn’t let me but the correct ticket
Despite correct member details on file
Expect there’ll now be an issue getting in
Awful !
Let’s hope they sort it for Palace tomorrow !

I had the issue of not being able to see the seating plan yesterday on Safari. Ended up deleting history/cookies (which means you've got to log into everything again) ... but it solved the issue for me.

EDIT: issue of not being able to see seating plan after selecting an area has returned. Could be fun getting Palace tickets tomorrow. Might have to use a different browser.

had to get father/husband of guests to log on as me on his computer and do it in the end.

I've never got ticketing to work via the app, so use the website. I think they should introduce mystery guest or special guest tickets, just to spice up the whole process.
