Football stadiums in nice locations

I was thinking a while back, reiterated by seeing the Falmer site in the sunshine yesterday, that (sssssh, don't tell the village residents) our new stadium is going to be in one of the more pleasant locations as football arenas go.

Ignoring the A27, hidden by trees anyway, if you look across from the Downs, you have views across to Stanmer Park and Ditchling Beacon on one side, from another side Falmer and the pond, and to the south nothing but rolling downland, albeit temporarily dumped full of excavated chalk. The photos people have taken so far from further afield are even more impressive.

So...can anyone think of any stadiums that are actually in nice locations? Most old grounds in the UK are in city centres, surrounded by terraced housing. Most new ones are on nasty brownfield ex-industrial sites (Middlesbrough, Sunderland, Southampton) or ugly grey retail parks (Northampton, MK Dons). What about abroad?

Feel free to post photos of gloriously sited grounds in the Swiss Alps or Scottish Highlands

You can see a tree or two at Wycombe

(after walking through the industrial estate)

Been doing some digging. This looks rather picturesque. FC Luzerne in Switzerland. All it needs is cows with bells round their necks.

Can't see the pic but have been to that city and wouldn't be at all surprised to find the stadium to be in a picturesque location as the area is generally pretty, well, pretty!

How weird. When you preview it it's OK. Post it and it's still OK. Refresh the page and it disappears.

hull is in the middle of a park, which is nice, if you ignore the fact that the park is in hull

managed to BRIBE a secutiry guard for the costly total of £20 to let us into dynamo kievs stadium while over there in november - its in the city centre so not far from all the sights and sounds and it is also surrounded by parkland - bloody LOVELY it was
