First one I attended was the 3-0 World Cup win over Poland at Wembley around 1993. Pearce, Gascoigne and Ferdinand were the scorers (I think).

I went to the England B international at the Goldstone against Italy, but didnt go to senior game for a lot longer after that

Not a bad one, I started in Euro 96, as I was then allowed by my parents to go without adult supervision to games, so went to…….

England 4 (Shearer 23 pen, 57, Sheringham 51,62)
Holland 1 (Kluivert 78)

David Seaman
Gary Neville
Tony Adams
Gareth Southgate
Stuart Pearce
Darren Anderton
Paul Gascoigne
Paul Ince (David Platt 67)
Steve McManaman
Teddy Sheringham (Robbie Fowler 75)
Alan Shearer (Nick Barmby 75)

v Hungary, I believe we won 3-0 or 3-1.

It was England'd lowest crowd, (17,000 ish) it was cold, damp and zero atmosphere, a probable low of English national gootball.

I think it was early 1969, certainly I was 11 and in my first year at secondary school. It was 1-1 draw v Romania. I prefer to remember my 2nd game which was a few months later and was a 5-0 win over France.

England 2-1 Switzerland (February 2008) - Capello's first match in charge.

Jermain Jenas and Shaun Wright-Phillips scored.

I saw the Under 21's play at Molineux in June vs. Poland 0-0 (We had decent seats above the halfway line and were surprised when 5 mins prior to kick-off, Stuart Pearce came and sat next to us).

England 0 - 0 Norway

In 1994, a proper early/mid-nineties England friendly performance. Rubbish game, the only thing I can remember was David Platt having a goal from a free kick disallowed.

Our starting team that day...

Seaman, David
Adams, Tony
Bould, Steve A.
LeSaux, Graeme
Ince, Paul Emerson Carlyle
Wise, Dennis
Anderton, Darren
Platt, David Andrew
Beardsley, Peter
Shearer, Alan
Jones, Robert Marc ("Rob")
