Jesus, chill out. A few of the sources that have deemed reputable have posted that a contract until 2029 has been agreed and 'final details' between the clubs are being sorted.

Deeply sorry for clearly offending you somehow.
No troubles! I’m not angry

I think the point was that saying something is “done” can be perplexingly ambiguous. Remember, we’re all creeping round on informational eggshells here. Don’t f*** with our heads, dude. Thank you.

The Turkish journalist who’s been providing a lot of updates put a farewell message to Kadioglu on instagram but then deleted it.

That’s more a worry than anything - the fact he deleted it when he’s been pushing the deal as just about done.

Surely not without the Ferdi deal done and dusted? That would make zero sense.
I think Rutter was done a few days before the official announcement. There was a lot of media released when they finally made the call.

So similarly, I’m fully signed up to the idea that Ferdi is all but done if Barco signs with Sevilla. When would they announce it? God knows?

I know Ferdi is potentially coming in as a right back. the Barco deal being linked to that makes little sense though why does a left back being able to leave hinge on a right back coming in.
and if we flip that and assume that is because Ferdi is coming in as a left back surely we still need to add a specialist right back or we still look a bit wanting that side

Don’t see a huge connection between the two deals. Barco is highly talented, but with Estupinan fit will get limited game time. To develop he needs regular first-team football.

Ferdi (if he arrives) is an acknowledgment that Veltman (while brilliant) is not going to last forever and isn’t the most natural fit for FH’s style of play.

Having said that, I thought Veltman was superb against Everton.

Is this a reputable source?

Looks like nothing more than someone whose read Romanos earlier tweet and changed it to their own.

I don't think, as they cite, we're waiting for agreement to loan Barco first. If the deal with Fernebache can be done today it will be inspite of Barco.

Fernebache getting frustrating now!
