brighton....deffo!!!!wot on earth is lewes doing on here....they're the ones that could bankrupt the mighty seagulls!!!

Newhaven and Seaford are on the list. They are part of Lewes District. Indeed, they elect more councillors to LDC than Lewes does.

Anyway ... the town won't bankrupt the seagulls. The district council might. And if it carries on spending money like it's doing, the council might bankrupt the townsfolk as well.
