Depends on how drunk I am.

Sober: Ketchup

Had one or two to drink: Cheesy chips

Had a few more to drink: Chips and gravy

Had rather too much to drink: Chips and curry sauce

Completely rat-arsed: Probably a horrible combination of all of the above. It seems like such a good idea at the time.

Peanut butter (crunchy of course) melted down and mixed with coconut milk to whatever consistency you want. Curry powder, however hot you want it, and about half a teaspoon of sambal oelek (get them from the oriental place in the open market).

Not really a true satay sauce in the full sense, but very very similar to the stuff you get with chips in any FEBO in Holland
Ha ha, love the fact you go to the effort to make it yourself, but short-cut putting some peanuts and oil in a blender

Chips to be served with a pizza sized box of chicken parmo for me

Chips from Bankers in Hove are the very best. Salt and vinegar only for adding though.

Salt, Vinegar & Hot Pepper Sauce.

Mind you, a nice chip butty or 2 with HP is always bostin' (if I remember to get some in).

Those very small crispy chips you get at the bottom of the tray/bag go very nicely with hot salsa

Garlic Mayo, but I am not mad keen on chips (most are cruddy), and oven chips are naff. Blue Cheese sauce would be preferred if it is good.
