Definitely one of Sean Connery's. Absolute legend. I will say GoldFinger followed by Dr No.

From Russia With Love.

As close to the Flrming novels as you are ever going to get. The other believe it or not was OHMSS.

Lazenby was easily the closest to Fleming's Bond.

However, I reckon Mr Moore just edges it as the best Bond... The Spy Who Loved Me... Barbara Bach is great as Agent Triple X and the best Bond henchman ever is introduced, Jaws. Superb stuff.

Never Say Never Again was an unofficial Bond film, as it wasn't made as part of the MGM franchise agreement.

You Only Live Twice is my favourite

OHMSS was also very good ( I cried buckets at the end of that film when Diana Rigg died)

Thunderball was class.

I didn't really like the Roger Moore films, The Timothy Dalton ones were and attempt to "harden" the Bond image and Brosnan followed that up.

I would recommend reading Ian Flemming's books to see what he actually wanted Bond to be rather than Hollywood. Thunderball the book is very good

Thunderball, the book that was written specifically to be a movie, and included input from two film directors? :lolol:

It was co written by Kevin McClory hence he could get another party to make Never Say Never again because he co owns the rights to Thunderball.

TB and NSNA follow the same plot in case people hadn't noticed.

Mind you after MWTGG gun they all repeat themselves anyway....

He also thinks he owns the rights to other treatments, and has spent the last ten years suing MGM with other studios money from his 'home' in a hotel in Dublin.

Oh, and he was considering remaking Thunderball AGAIN a while back...

Goldfinger is slightly edging it from Live and Let Die & The Spy Who Loved Me....

Suprised Dr No and Goldfinger have not had more votes

Indeed he was. It was rumoured to be based yet again on Thunderball called Warhead 2000 or whatever. Timothy Dalton was going to play bond (MGM having installed Brosnan)....

After all this time Live and Let Die looks like the winner with 12 votes!!

No votes on For Your Eyes Only & The World Is Not Enough - not really a surprise!

Goldfinger then Live and Let Die. Goldeneye out of the newer ones. Moonraker is the best book.

Best Bond quote?

"Anything can be penetrated, you just need the proper tool".
