Agreed some lovely villages populated solely by narrow minded people with nothing better to do than to tell other people how to live their life.

In the local paper last week there was a retrospective planning application for someone to clean out his pond! What if it's rejected? Does he have to put all the crap back in it?

Also there was an application to repaint a front door and a garden shed.

I just can't stand peoples attitude around here. More Do-Gooders and Nimbys per square inch than anywhere else in the world. How somewhere as cultural and diverse as Brighton found its way in is beyond me.
