Try a cheap pack of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel against the pain. It does help to ease it.

Good luck Fatboy. Please listen to the physio. I have had sciatica so I know what you are going through.

Yorkie is right about the frozen peas. Also try brufen and paracetamol, but eat before hand as the brufen can upset the stomach lining.

Also use a non branded product. Ibuleve is a rip off from a generic product at 3 or 4 times the price.
