Depends on the chippy you visit. Some are most excellent. Others are piss poor.

Hobson's is meant to be the best but I always liked one called (I think) Marklews. Same as everywhere though, good and bad.

Marklews is my favourite Chippy! Hobsons is no more. Now called the Mariners Fish Bar.
