Surprised nobody has picked up on Gus' idea about a transition group between young kids at 18 and the first team.

Some young kids are able to make the transition, some aren't. Anything that can be done to solve this must be massively beneficial.

Think of the young kids with loads of promise that didn't make it.

That has been asked, Bloom confirmed what's been widely rumoured but I don't think confirmed before that we are looking for somewhere to build a training ground. Also talked about possible academy status for the youth.
