Falmer this Saturday - Final Arrangements

[Safeway]

Right, I've been in contact with Beach Hut this morning and can now announce the final arrangements for this Saturday's presence at Falmer.

Meet up time:

14:30 at the junction of the A27 slip road and the Falmer Road to Woodingdean.

Yes's:

Wearing colours.

Getting cars to 'toot' in support.

Showing people that us football fans are actually quite a nice bunch.

Enjoying one's self.

No's:

Balloons, or anything else that could cause litter.

Entering the actual field.

Approaching The Swan pub.

Crop circles.

Excessive drunkeness.

Beach Hut has already secured one large banner from Superphil (thank you) and we are hoping to get another as well.

One thing we do need to do between now and Saturday is inform the local press. Does anyone have any contacts at The Argus etc whereby we can make sure we get some coverage? No point all trudging up there if we're the only people that know about it.

From what I can remember from my college days there are some excellent wild mushrooms growing on one side of the field, don't know whether they're in season at this time of year but they're not untasty and they're great fun to pick, great colours and effects, highly recommended!

Is there anyone in a position to do this? I don't mind doing it but would feel more comfortable if someone a little more 'in the know' could have a word.
