Bugger! I have (a genuine) business meeting in New York that week - so I won't be able to make it......

Why hasn't someone from the FFA team put something on here before, then.

This could be a shambles if they don't get their arses in gear and promote it.

I doubt many of my friends will know about this, as they don't have all day access to NSC. 'spose I'd better tell them!

the reason nothing has been said is they only had the meeting end of last week and was only official on saturday:clap2:

So why wasn't it on here on Saturday?

At least I've just realised my initial panic was unnecessary, as I have a whole month to arrange my meeting. I guess the clue was in the words "Monday" and "Sept". :dunce:

because they we're at the Wigan match?
because they had better things to do?
because they we're out in the sunshine/rain and nowhere near a PC all day?

Blimey man be thankful we're doing something please :)

FFA plan to announce the full details of the plans for the Labour Party Conference very soon.

But here are the basics:-

Pre-Conference publicity for the One Site in Brighton message - targeted at people arriving for the conference;

Sunday 26 September - the annual football match between Representatives of the Media and Labour MPs (to be played at Withdean) - some carefully planned stunts might well be deployed;

Monday 27 September - March from Madeira Drive to the Conference venue (5pm for a 5.30pm start) - arrangements are being finalised with the police;

Tuesday 28 September - Official Fringe Meeting for Conference delegates.

Throughout the Conference - a significant exposure of the Falmer message inside the conference venue.

Watch out for the official announcement.

It's OK, I wasn't being serious. Just trying to keep the thread at the top until it gets "stickied".

Everything the FFA team does is much appreciated, but they really must spend more time telling us about it! ;)
